Some people don't know the proper technique to brush. Today, I am going to explain in 3 easy steps how you can easily and effectively brush your teeth

1. Hold your brush at a 45 degree angle

2. Move your brush in a clockwise direction

3. Gently Brush in all four quadrants going from right to left
